Perhaps the strictest officer of the Red Ribbon Army, General Blue expects nothing less than perfection. His men have learned not to deliver anything else. Blue has been known to send a man to the stockades, and sometimes worse, for even the most seemingly minor of offences, like keeping an untidy workstation.
